That is the gap Alpha REIA Estate Investment Advisors was built to fill. Since 2012, we have combined REIA market experience with institutional-level transaction discipline to help private investors, family offices, and institutional buyers make informed decisions with clarity and confidence.

Jay Sloan
Managing Principal — Alpha REIA
Jay Sloan leads Alpha REIA Estate Investment Advisors with nearly two decades of experience across investment sales, acquisition advisory, and complex commercial REIA estate assignments. Based in Norfolk, Virginia, Jay has cultivated an active presence in both the Virginia and Florida markets — building the local knowledge and institutional relationships that allow Alpha REIA to operate where larger firms cannot.
His experience spans multiple market cycles, property types, and transaction structures — from straightforward NNN dispositions to complex CMBS workouts and off-market multifamily portfolio acquisitions. Clients value his ability to combine rigorous analysis with practical market judgment and a network built over many years of consistent, relationship-driven work.
Jay's approach to advisory is intentionally hands-on. Every client he works with receives direct access — not a team of associates applying a standardized process — which is central to how Alpha REIA delivers outcomes that differ from those of larger volume-driven firms.
